YueDa Garment Factory is based in Shaxi, Zhongshan, Guangdong. We focus on common garment manufacturing needs such as workwear, T-shirts, polos, hoodies and teamwear, supporting the process from requirement discussion and sample making to bulk production, quality checks and delivery.
Located on the third floor, No. 3 Longyun Road, Dagang District, Shaxi Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, which is convenient for local clients to review samples, discuss styles and confirm production arrangements.
We serve corporate teams, brand clients and local partners, supporting sample-based manufacturing, image-based sampling, sample confirmation and bulk production.
During weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00 we usually reply the same day, which suits clients who need to quickly confirm MOQ, workmanship difficulty and delivery timing.
Workshop Flow
We typically move in the order of confirming requirements first, then the sample, and finally bulk production, so the client understands the order status at each key checkpoint.
Confirm category, quantity, fabric, color, size range, workmanship and delivery timing before judging whether the order is a good match.
We organize the style details based on the client sample, image or basic request, and make a sample first when needed.
After the sample is approved, we arrange cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery coordination, ironing and packing to reduce bulk deviation.
Before shipment, we check measurements, loose threads, stitching, color difference, packing quantity and shipment information, then sync the delivery arrangement.

We do not overstate fixed capacity. Timelines are confirmed according to the actual style, workmanship, quantity and fabric readiness. For regular orders, we can first discuss a rough schedule, while the final timing follows sample approval and production arrangement. During production, we prioritize syncing key milestones to reduce repeated follow-up and delivery uncertainty.
